Associate Client Manager, Customer Success & Insights Reference ID:  REFID772483Location: Remote, but must be US-BasedTravel: OccasionalAbout this jobAs a Customer Success & Insights Manager, you are responsible for all customer activity and the overall success of NielsenIQ at the customer. This includes driving timely outcomes and customer value through the data and analytics which drive the overall customer experience and elevate NIQs performance.This role uses in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business and industry to identify new opportunities for NIQ to drive value. When you join the NielsenIQ team, you’re signing up for an experience that requires flexibility, curiosity, and passion. ResponsibilitiesPartner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivityUnderstand and leverage NielsenIQ solutions and apply industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendationsDevelop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing Drive strategic thought leadership with customers leveraging NielsenIQ tools and assetsIdentify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate those opportunities to organizational partnersFacilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers, proving the value of NIQ solutions supporting growth, adoption, and value creationEnsure on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-time Identify potential revenue opportunities with customers and handoff to Account Developers to enable them to achieve sales goalsWork collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcomeLead client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations Ensure client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value NielsenIQ is delivering to them Partner with Client Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reporting Determine ROI of NielsenIQ recommendations and solutions  QualificationsYou are flexible and easily adapt in a dynamic work environment. You have strong time management skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.College/University Undergraduate or master’s degree Prior experience with NielsenIQ solutionsCollaborating with teams and working in a matrixed environment Time management & prioritization Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Proficiency in BI Tools a plus (PowerBI, Tableau)Demonstrated strength in data analysis & working with Syndicated, Panel, POS data  (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Numerator to name a few) 2-3 years of CPG/Retail industry experience preferredOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentHealth insuranceParental leaveLife assurance
